Welcome to my blog! 

I have to admit that I never thought I’d ever type out those words. Language Arts (“L.A.”) was always my least favorite subject in school. I’d prefer taking 100 tests over writing a paper, and I never understood how people enjoyed writing. (I even got caught in 5th grade having written “I hate L.A.” all over one of my assignments!).

But here I am, at the start of an unexpected journey that I truly hope becomes a resource and even a small escape and piece of entertainment for you. I look forward to sharing event planning tips and resources, expanded features of my recent work, and even some fun lifestyle and travel pieces. 

You can expect posts every month, but to kick things off, I’m going to do one post a week for the month of September. If you have any ideas or topics you would like to hear about, drop me a line and let me know!
